Nothing is more personal in your special card than words you have written yourself. A poem, a quotation, your own verse, an amusing short story, an in-joke, any joke, a limerick or something as simple as "I love you".

Choose your words carefully and make an impression.

It may be an anniversary/birthday/Christmas, but what are you really trying to say? Think about it. Don't worry if your words aren't 'professional' - it really is the thought that counts!

Wedding Invitations - example wording
For wedding stationery - there are formal conventions but many modern couples prefer a more personal and informal approach.
The invitation is usually sent by the wedding hosts - traditionally the brides parents, but may be the couple themselves, the grooms parents, a remarried parent or even someone else. Use these as a guide, but it is up to you how formal or informal you want to be - it's your wedding after all!
