How to order table plans frm Black Mouse

We regret that due to high demand we are now fully booked for table plans and reception stationery orders.
Orders can only be accepted for plans and stationery required after August 1st and those items will take longer than usual to produce.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Table Plans Order form
We can create your table plan to match your Black Mouse stationery.
Although we cannot copy someone else's designs, we can create designs to tie in with your existing stationery from another supplier for a co-ordinated look.

A3 table plans - flat printed or 3D.
420mm x 297mm A3 table plan - landscape or portrait format.
Includes flexible layout design
Order as far in advance as you like - as long as you know the number of tables we can start the layouts. We can add names later on.
Minimum 4 weeks required from date of order (to allow for proofing)

How to order A3 Table plans

Fill in the form below to begin the process. Please ensure all boxes are completed.
Either print off the form or press the 'send form' button.
Send your payment to Black Mouse, either with the form below or with your name and address on the back of the cheque.
Alternatively, for a faster service, submit the form online and pay online.
Send your existing invitation, colour swatches or anything else you need to match to in the post.
Black Mouse will send you an email to confirm your details and perhaps to request further information as soon as your payment is received.
Black Mouse will begin your layouts and email proofs for approval.
When a design is finalised, you can send the guest names when you have them and we will typeset those and send a new proof.
Don't worry about the inevitable last minute changes - we can make amendments and then start production when you are sure the names are finalised.

Communication is primarily via email and proofs etc will be sent this way. For UK orders please allow a minimum of 4 weeks for design and production.
Overseas order will require longer.
You can just call or email us if you wish and we'll advise you. No problem.

Payments
We can accept payment by the following methods.
By credit card or debit card using our postable card payment form
You can also pay with credit/debit cards online. Email us and we'll send a link to a secure payment page.
If you prefer, pay by cheque, postal order or bank transfer in GBP (Pounds Sterling only) made out to Black Mouse Ltd.

Your order is not confirmed and no work will commence until the appropriate order form and payment has been received by Black Mouse. You may therefore cancel for a full refund at any time prior to this date.
Your design payment will be forfeited if you cancel after work has begun.

All items remain the property of Black Mouse until the account is settled in full.
Changes while a production order is in progress may incur extra charges and prolong the production time.
