BMCL was established in 1995 offering skills resource in COBOL under a UNIX and/or PC environment. Over this period a collection of skills has been added including ESQL with Oracle, Informix as well as experience in MS-OFFICE applications. This has allowed BMCL to offer consultancy to small clients using Access and Visual basic as development tools.
