Silver - FREE yet flexible design and print service at your disposal.
If you like the style of Black Mouse cards, but want something specific to you then this is the service for you. Silver gives you the chance to have your own design adapted from the many luxurious styles and techniques used by Black Mouse.
Includes up to 3 design samples created just for you using whatever standard techniques, styles and colours are most appropriate to you.
Minimum 8 weeks required from date of order (to allow for proofing)
No obligation to proceed to order.
Free proofing
A firm quote will be supplied once your design is finalised and will remain valid for 30 days
£25 initial design fee (fully redeemable against a subsequent order over £50)

How to order Silver

Fill in the form below to begin the design process. Please ensure all boxes are completed.
Either print off the form or press the 'send form' button.
Send your redeemable payment of £25 to Black Mouse, either with the form below or with your name and address on the back of the cheque.
Alternatively submit the form online and call us with your card details.
Black Mouse will send you an email to confirm your details and perhaps to request further information as soon as your payment is received.
Black Mouse will begin your designs in consultation with you, providing samples as required. This is a flexible process which may at least 4 weeks (allow longer if possible).
When a design is finalised, Black Mouse will supply a fixed quote, valid for 30 days. An order form will also be sent to you, but you are not obliged to order from us.
If you wish to order simply complete the order form and send it with your payment to Black Mouse. Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks for production.

Communication is primarily via email and samples/proofs etc will be sent in the post. For UK orders please allow a minimum of 4 weeks for design and 4 weeks for production. Overseas order will require longer.
You can just call or email us if you wish and we'll advise you. No problem.

Payments
We can accept payment by the following methods.
By credit card or debit card using our postable card payment form
You can also pay with credit/debit cards online. Email us and we'll send a link to a fast & secure payment page.
If you prefer, pay by cheque, postal order or bank transfer in GBP (Pounds Sterling only) made out to Black Mouse Ltd.

Your colour scheme for the design with Pantone references or colour swatches wherever possible (or use paint colour cards from a DIY store)
The feel of the design - e.g. humerous, romantic, medieval, celtic, art deco, your corporate style etc
If a logo ar any graphics are to be included please send suitable artwork - contact us for advice if necessary.
For corporate stationery, please advise as to the nature of your business and corporate style if relevant. (send your brochure/stationery for style)

Please note
Your order is not confirmed and no work will commence until the appropriate order form and payment has been received by Black Mouse. You may therefore cancel for a full refund at any time prior to this date.
Your design deposit payment will be forfeited if you cancel after work has begun.
Silver design deposit payments may be fully redeemed against the cost of an order over £50 for that design for up to one year from the design order date.
Quotes are fixed for a period of 30 days. a new quote can then be issued if required. If you have any queries please contact us anytime. delivery is not included in any prices and is charged separately.
All items remain the property of Black Mouse until the account is settled in full.
You can add or change your ideas while a design is in progress - such is the nature of the design process.
No costs will be incurred unless the changes are very significant but the design work will take longer. If this is the case you will be advised.
Changes while a production order is in progress may incur extra charges and prolong the production time.

For wedding stationery, event stationery and bespoke Christmas cards, a non-returnable deposit is required with the order (50% UK, 100% the rest of the world) Bank transfer details are available upon request.
A fixed quote will be supplied before you place a production order (valid for 30 days). Delivery is not included in the quote and is charged at cost.
